Dr. Zolomphi Nkowani is the managing partner with 28 years post qualification experience (PQE) in law practice, and academia both in private and public sectors. His practice specialism is in International economic law, in particular international trade and investment law, international public law. Has audience before all courts in Malawi and the also at the COMESA court, SADC Tribunal and the African Court of Peoples and Human rights. He is adjunct senior lecturer in law in the University of Malawi and formerly Malawi School of Government (MIM). He saved as board Chair the National incentive for Civic Education Trust (NICE) la public trust) and NBS Bank. He holds the following qualifications among others LL. He serves as editor for the Malawi Law Journal. His research interests lie in International trade, financial services law. Intellectual property law as well as Occupational Health and Safety law.
