Misozi Chin’goma Jacob She is the practice and Client Relations Manager. She joined the team in June, 2016. She comes from an administration, business management and ICT back-ground. She joins the team as a valuable contribution to its strength and growth.
She is the Land Economist at Zolomphi and Company. She holds a Diploma in Land Administration from Lilongwe Univerisity of Agriculture (LUANAR). She has previouisly worked with the Regional Lands Center in Lilongwe where she conducted property inspection in compliance with Lilongwe City Council planning. She has previously worked with Lilongwe District Council where she was settling land disputes. She has worked with TG Msanda and Associates where she was conducting Quinquenial valuation for the determination of city rates. She has also worked for YMW Property Investments as an Assistant Valuation Officer. Her focus areas are property valuation, inspection, property management, estate agency and conveyancing.
Miss Kettie Kansinde is a legal practitioner at Zolomphi and Company and a highly skilled and experienced lawyer with a strong background in civil litigation and corporate law. She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Malawi Chancellor College. Her focus is commercial law, property law, labour law, probate and succession law and intellectual property law.. Kettie has negotiated businesses involving International Transactions Joint Ventures for local and International companies, supply contracts, Labour agreements and many others. She has proven to be a solid researcher and advisor in her field of practice.
Linda Luwayo Zinjani, a prescribed Legal Associate with experience in International Economic Law and Development Law and legal drafting strengthens the team’s approach to the work being proposed to be offered. She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Malawi and a Diploma in Education. She is an innovative, experienced and goal-focused Attorney, with excellent management and client-attorney relation skills. Proficient in conducting research, negotiating settlements and drafting legal documents. Highly adept in commercial transactions, Property Law, Labour Law and Criminal Law. A strong leader who understands the complexities of the legal system.
Dr. Zolomphi Nkowani is the managing partner with 28 years post qualification experience (PQE) in law practice, and academia both in private and public sectors. His practice specialism is in International economic law, in particular international trade and investment law, international public law. Has audience before all courts in Malawi and the also at the COMESA court, SADC Tribunal and the African Court of Peoples and Human rights. He is adjunct senior lecturer in law in the University of Malawi and formerly Malawi School of Government (MIM). He saved as board Chair the National incentive for Civic Education Trust (NICE) la public trust) and NBS Bank. He holds the following qualifications among others LL. B (Hens), Mw, LL.M (IEL), Warwick. (UK). PhD, Salford (UK), Pg. Cert. (DSU), Dip. F.R.S. A, F.RS.PH (UK).
Consultant to the China-Africa legal training base for the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC). He served as external examiner for Doctoral studies in International commercial law at the University of South Africa (UNISA). Member of the Scientific Committee on the Harmonization of business laws in the SADC region at Eduardo Mondelane University, Mozambique and Fellow of the Royal Society for the promotion of Arts and Commence (UK).He is a member of society of legal scholars (UK). He serves as editor for the Malawi Law Journal. His research interests lie in International trade, financial services law. Intellectual property law as well as Occupational Health and Safety law. He is widely published in his field of specialization.
